Led by a group of dynamic and innovative team, Modern Smart Design Sdn Bhd emerged as a fast -
growing company participanting in various commercial projects across different fields, such as
restaurant, cafe, corporate offices and healthcare premises.
We are RESILIENT towards the
business enviroment where we have helped our customers to quickly adapt to the new normal
practices in the principle of interior space planning. As customer’s success is important to
us, a commercially viable interior ambience for its stakeholders becomes our TOP PRIORITY in
design consideration.
Our accolades received from medical clients lead us to grow our presence
in design and build for healthcare premises IMMENSELY over the years. We continue to strike
better in building STRONG RELATIONSHIP with out clients and thus, catalysing growth for the
company despite challenging times. In alignment with our organisation culture, “WE CARE”, “WE

OUR EXPERIENCE
We have designed and constructed hundreds of healthcare facilities, specializing in dental and aesthetic clinics. Among our signature projects is The Dental City, the largest dental academy in Malaysia, spanning 15,000 square feet and equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art dentistry facilities. In addition to healthcare projects, we have also delivered corporate office spaces for prominent clients such as Philip Capital Group and Cyber Village Sdn Bhd.
