Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Interior Design Requests and Sales Enquiries
• Meeting up with prospective clients
• Design Concept, Layout planning, Material and constructions proposals
• Quotation Preparation
• Project Coordination
• Arrange and Schedule Contractors and Suppliers
• Ensure Project’s Completion and Handover
• Project Supervision
• Regular Site Visits
• Quality Assurance and checks to ensure smooth Works and Design.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior design and decoration.
• Proficient in using professional design software such as Autocad, Sketchup, 3DMax, photoshop, etc.
• Able to complete design plans according to customer requirements.
